DRCC · Section 71 Clearance Coordination
How the section 71 clearance process works
Three steps, handled by our partner Telepro Consultants on your behalf.

Clearance certificate. Your registered debt counsellor issues your section 71 clearance certificate under the NCA, confirming all accounts are paid up. DRCC can liaise with your DC if you need help getting the process moving.

Settlement letters. Each creditor confirms the account is settled. DRCC chases this so you don't have to.
3
Bureau submission. Form 17.W is lodged with all registered credit bureaus to update your bureau record after your section 71 clearance certificate is issued.
